When you come into Chandler Eye Care for Exion wrinkle treatments there are a few things you can do to prepare for it.

  • Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks before treatment.
  • Refrain from using retinol, salicylic acids, exfoliants, and tretinoin creams for at least 2 weeks before your appointment.
  • Do not ingest any blood-thinning medications and supplements, such as aspirin and fish oil for 1 week before treatment to avoid bruising.
  • Abstain from waxing the treatment area for 1 week prior to the appointment.

Ultrasound Skin Rejuvenation Post-Care

Patients coming to Chandler Eye Care for wrinkle treatments in Mechanicsville can do a few things after the appointment.

  • Avoid sun exposure for at least a week after treatment. If you must go out into the sun, please wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher.
  • Refrain from strenuous physical activity and excessive sweating for 3 days after the treatment. Heating your body can make any inflammation worse.
